We are so excited to announce that Harlequin International’s owner, Cecilia Wichmann, was sworn a Notary Public for the State of Texas yesterday! It’s been a one month long process and on Friday she was notified that she was approved. She finished all her classes over the weekend and took the oath at the Forney Area Networking Group (FANG) meeting yesterday!
